Germany's extreme right-wing party, the National Democratic Party enapidi decided to
ban the country's Constitutional Court hearing on a petition. 16 provinces in the government's decision to petition the court hearing is expected to be banned group. Constitutional Court has set a hearing next year on March 21 and 23, the BBC and Reuters report.
