Children in Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed concern over the rising incidents of murder.
Addressing the closing session of the ninth parliament on Monday, the Prime Minister said, "the trend has increased infanticide. Why should a small incident of a child will be killed? "
