Syria ceasefire brokered by the United States and Russia will be effective from midnight on February 27. In a joint statement, the two countries announced on
Monday. According to the statement, as a result of ceasefire so-called Islamist militant group Islamic State (IS) and the al-Qaeda-linked Nusra Front will not stop attacking.
