understanding on labor export plus method. Bangladesh, on behalf of the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Welfare Minister Nurul Islam BSC on behalf of the Malaysian Manpower Minister Richard Riot Anak Jae signed this Memorandum of Understanding.
