Syria rebel base in Aleppo province, government troops have been engaged in deadly conflict with the rebels. The conflict in neighboring Syria about 20 thousand have fled
across the border to Turkey. On Friday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the two sides of the city of Aleppo, about 120 people were killed in neighboring Ratia. Turkey closed the border, but said they are ready to give refugees food and shelter.
