The government has decided to reduce the price of five cents per liter of edible oil. The decision will come into effect from next Saturday.
Thursday noon edible oil importers and producers associations in the announcement was made after a meeting with the Ministry of Commerce. Fazlur Rahman Ahmed, president of the Association of Commerce and importers jointly announced a price reduction.
