Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives (LGRD) Minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain said the municipal elections were rigged. No one has the ability to
fetch three thousand polling stations together. The minister said that the difference in the history of the people of the unqualified support of the daughter of the Father of the Nation. So people should be more sincere leaders, he said.
