Pakistan has alleged a breach of contract against the airline and tourism Rashed Khan Menon.
He said, "Pakistan under the Simla Agreement of 1971 had 195 war criminals to justice. But the 195 identified war criminals were tried after being taken to Pakistan. Now the court on charges of breach of contract should stand. "
