Holding colorful balloons in the 5-day fair, inaugurated the Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr.Rahman.
Bengali Academy premises in the city at around 11am on Tuesday at the inauguration ceremony of the fair, banking was present as the chief guest Dr. Rahman.
