A two-storey building collapsed in China's Henan province has killed at least 17 workers. In addition, 23 more were injured. Friday afternoon at 3 pm local time the

 building collapsed. 9 people injured are in critical condition. Because of the building collapse was not immediately known. Rescue work is still continuing on the spot.
