Walton 17th National Cricket League (NCL) in the fourth round begins Saturday. This
will match the level of the first round of Rangpur-Dhaka and Dhaka-Khulna Division. On the other hand, the second will match the level of Rajshahi and Sylhet-Chittagong, Barisal Division.
