The increasing demand for drinking water in the capital Sayedabad Water Treatment Plant (Phase-3), a new plant will be set up.
4 thousand 597 crore to 450 million liters of daily water supply capacity of this plant will reduce dependency on underground water. The project will be implemented in Dhaka WASA.
The square in the NEC conference room in the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (Tuesday) approved the project at a meeting on the 6th of this year. ECNEC chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting.
