India and Pakistan's National Security Adviser (NSA), the day before the meeting would be held in India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has made clear about the terrorism.
Hurriyat, he said, "whether it is talk that there will be a third party."
He said, "Only two countries to discuss Kashmir in accordance with the Simla Agreement and in the meantime, there will be a third party."
