Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha (SK Sinha) said, gradually reducing the pressure to the lower court in the case of judges, lawyers and persons concerned will have to
work together. The trial will bring dynamism in the activities.
The Chief Justice said the judiciary is the last refuge to establish full confidence in the speedy disposal of pending cases there is no alternative.
