The National Investigative Agency arrested the militant Jammu Court Uthman commanded the 14-day police custody. Usman alias Lashkar militants in Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested a few days ago.
Last 5 August army of militant was arrested during the fighting. Usman and Momin BSF convoy was targeted. Two army soldiers were killed in the attack, eight people were injured. Unmarked troops shot dead.
