Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal, visiting Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met in Qatar. Khaled said the visit to Moscow at the invitation of Hamas statement quoted the
international press. The two leaders held a meeting in the Qatari capital Doha warm diplomatic ties with Russia as a starting point for viewing the organization concerned.
