US Vice President Joe Biden, a candidate for the upcoming presidential elections, are considered to be active. It is another potential candidate for the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton seems to be a push.
The campaign is definitely ahead of the Democratic Party, one of the candidates is not usually anyone else. But Biden has not yet officially announced.
