Memon indictment hanging over night drama went to Delhi. President Jacob plea for mercy was rejected by the Chief Justice of the night at the house of Jacob lawyers. He
was accompanied by lawyer Prashant Bhushan. For 14 days they requested mercy. After a three-member bench of Chief Justice was created. The bench was headed by Justice Deepak Mishra and Justice PC two Justice Amitabh Roy. Yakub Memon, begging to be heard once again why he is the soul of the departed protest outside the court.
