Law of the Ministry of Petroleum subject to vetting the draft law approved 2015. Petroleum import the existing law in order to fit in, storage and transportation activities more efficiently in order to complete the draft.
The Bangladesh Secretariat with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair was given at the regular cabinet meeting.
After the meeting, Cabinet Secretary M Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan briefed reporters.
He said the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources and Petroleum Act 1934 (Amendment) Ordinance 1986 necessary to review and update the draft in light of the decision of the previous government in Bengal raises.
