Assam mosquito-borne At least 13 people have died from the disease. The virus has infected more than nine. Assam state health official Chinese news agency Xinhua reported on Wednesday.
The official said on condition of anonymity, in the last 10 days, the dead and the victims were residents of the state . Victims being treated in a public and a private hospital.
