When the Supreme Court rejected his petition to be effective in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case, was convicted Memon Yaqub death sentence. Nagpur Central Jail on July 30 to be hanged in the morning at seven Menon sources.
Yakub Memon announced TADA court sentenced to death in 2007. Yakub Memon said the penalty waiver. However, the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court rejected his appeal. Memon President Pranab Mukherjee rejected the mercy petition. Yakub Memon is now in Nagpur Central jail.
