War crimes charges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the list of the wanted Sudan President Omar al-Bashir has left for South Africa. International arrest warrant issued for the arrest of Bashir before the court that he left South Africa.
Bashir on charges of war crimes in Darfur to the International Criminal Court was supposed to decide whether to transfer the High Court.
Bashir's arrest did not take any decision in the matter until his departure from South Africa had imposed restrictions on the court. Bashir was in South Africa to attend the African Union summit. He is scheduled to hold a press conference after his return to Sudan.
