Unilever has been promoting its Lux soaps for a long time in Bangladesh while Deepika is one of their brand ambassadors. As part of the branding, the popular actor, who has a huge fan base in Bangladesh, arrived in Dhaka for the first time ever to be a part of a fashion show here.
According to the organizers, Deepika staged a trail show in favour of Lux soaps at ‘Rajadarsan’ in Bashundhara International Convention Centre at Bashundhara residential area of the capital around 6:00pm where hundreds of her Bangladeshi fans were present.

The 'Chennai Express' actor landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka around 12:00 noon, said one of the organisers.
