Upazila Parishad elections for the 10 seats reserved for women, the ultimate symbol of the Election Commission (EC).
The Commission approved the symbols are: a table, cock, papaya, bucket, deer, moon, threshing floor, rabbits, egret and guitar.
On April 13, 478 seats reserved for women members of the district election commission announced the schedule for the elections. According to the schedule announced on the last day for withdrawal of nomination of candidates will be held on May 30 and June 15. April 30, the final candidates will be allotted symbols.
Council members will be on the Upazila Parishad election to the office of the municipality and members of women. The candidate will be a member of the Union and members of the municipality reserved.
