The state-owned Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) has launched the latest technology advantages 24-hour call centers, whose number is "16402". This service is not going to uninterrupted customer service.

BTCL a press release Wednesday, primarily at the BTCL telephone call center service customers receive. Borrowers will come under the system outside the capital.
