Destiny Group Chairman and Managing Director Mohammad Rafiqul Amin and Destiny 2000 Ltd Chairman Mohammad Hossain, the High Court rejected the bail application of the rule to be enforced.
On Wednesday, after hearing the ruling Justice Md Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice Hasan passed the bench.
At the hearing, Ajmalul Hossain argued in court on behalf of Destiny QC and M. Soundings and Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) was in favor of the lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan.
Lawyers said the court, take appropriate action in the treatment of Rafiqul Amin said.
