Government is set to import a total of 3.60 lakh tons of Muriate of Potash (MoP) fertilizer from Belarus and Russia, in accordance with the state to state agreement with the countries.
A total of one thousand and 130 crore BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) will be spent for the import.
The approval came in a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Purchase, on Wednesday.
