Mentioning that Rajya Sabha of India passed the bill to amend their constitution to implement Land Boundary Agreement (LBA), state minister for foreign affairs Shahriar Alam on Wednesday congratulated India’s foreign ministry as well as parliament members and the individuals concerned.
The state minister was talking to the journalists at foreign ministry in the afternoon.
He further said the main hindrance has been resolved now. “I hope rest of the processes will be completed within a short period,” he added.
Shahriar Alam also said citizens of enclaves of both countries will regain their rights.
He also said both the countries need to show equal responsibilities about these citizens.
