US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman is holding meeting with BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on Friday.
They sat on the meeting at Khaleda Zia’s residence ‘Firoza’ in capital’s Gulshan area around 4:30pm.
US Ambassador for Dhaka Marcia S Bernicat is accompanying her there. However, US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Nisha Desai Biswal did not take part in the meeting.
BNP standing committee member D Abdul Moin Khan, chairperson’s advisers Reaz Rahman and Sabih Uddin Ahmed also joined in the meeting.
