A multistoried residential building has tilted in capital`s Jatrabari area.
The seven-storied building, no. 35/5, located at Dhalpur Lichubagan area, leaned over an adjacent building around 9.00am on Friday.
Being informed, fire service men have rushed to the spot to evacuate the building, said Shahajadi Sultana, duty officer of Fire Service Control Room.
However, there has been no casualty according to the official statement.
Last Saturday, Nepal was wreaked by a major 7.8 earthquake – the tremors of which were felt in Bangladesh. The death toll can reach 10000 there.
