Banking sector companies of NCC Bank Board of Directors decided to increase the authorized capital of the 5 hundred crores. The authorized capital of the Bank increased from one thousand to one thousand crore to Rs 500 crore.
Tuesday (7 eprila2015) Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), sources said. Sources in the bank for the May 5 at 11am extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has been called. The authorized capital of the shareholders will be asked. Market Garden Road, Ramna, Dhaka police EGM will be held at the Convention Hall. The record date has been fixed for April 19.
