In the report, director Zack Snyder is quoted saying that the character Lex is very practical and he is not fake. Whatever he does, he has that on his own mind. It's all there, one has to just decode what is going on in his own mind. The report also said that he is not the first person who comes to our mind when you think about a villain, but Jesse Eisenberg's performance in The Social Network as the morally challenged with speaks a lot.
